Terms & conditions for the use of iCandy Junior icons in Joomla! (formerly licensed to Mambo).
This is a legal agreement between You, the Joomla! user, and Iconholic Design Ltd. By using these icons, you agree to be bound by the following terms of this agreement.
The icons are not open source, are not covered by any freeware license such as GPL & cannot be distributed under such a license.
All ownership and copyright of these licensed icons remain the property of Iconholic Design Ltd. during the entire duration of their use by the user. Iconholic Design Ltd. grants to you non-exclusive, non sub-licensable right to use the icons, provided with "Joomla!", according to the license terms on any "Joomla!" powered website.
You may not modify the icons in shape, colour, and use the modified icons according to the license terms for any for any personal or commercial design project. You may not display the modified icons in related documentation, help files, and advertising materials.
You may not sell, lease, license, sub-license, redistribute or use these icons or a subset of these icons in any software or website not "powered by Joomla!".
All icon files are provided "As is" without warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose. You agree to hold Iconholic Design Ltd. harmless for any result that may occur during the course of using, or inability to use these licensed icons or images in this set.
This License Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. No choice of law rules of any other jurisdiction will apply.
