IconBuilder 8 Template >
IconBuilder 8 for Photoshop (on Mac OS X) allows you to make 256x256 (& larger) icons. But the template grids supplied don't have a version to create 256x256 icons. So I created one for myself along with an action to create icons with sizes 256x256 down to 16x16.
(After you've installed the .IPB & action files) in Photoshop copy
your pre-made 256x256 or 128x128 icon.
Open up the template PSD file & play the supplied action to create
the other sizes & place them in the grid.
Then use the IconBuilder 8 filter to create the icon.
